The is a unique one of its kind facility combining gymnastics training and the fundamental training and conditioning of Springboard and Platform Diving.  We run a full range of gymnastics programs from Parent and Tot, Kindergym to developmental, recreation and competitive programs.

The facility is newly renovated and updated with new equipment and under new management.  The is committed to providing the best programming that we can offer by certified coaches and capable staff. 

We are conveniently located in South Surrey near 32nd and 152nd.

Gymnastics is the only sport that completely develops the muscular strength, flexibility and coordination in young men and women that will create exceptional all-around athletes and offers room for everyone to learn the many athletic benefits of this sport.  It has life long transferable qualities and is fundamental to core development in children and adolescents alike.

Session runs Feb. 6 to June 25. 20 weeks of instruction. Check out the variety of class offerings and be sure to register early.

 NEW PRE SCHOOL MINI SESSIONS.  SIGN UP FOR 4 WEEK "Mini Session"' ON A MONTH BY MONTH BASIS as long as space is available.

Simply go to the Parent and Tot/Kindergym sessions, pick the day of the week that works best for you and choose the time slot that is available and register for the sessions you want to take part in.  Its a flexible, convenient way to see check it all out and make sure it works for you and your child.

AGES 6 AND UP

6:30 - 8:30 PM  $10 per person
